  2. Copy of Business Identification Number (NIB), Company NPWP.

  3. Copy of the signing's identity card in the Articles of Association.

  4. Other Certificates.

  5. Fill out and sign the account opening form and wadiah yad-dhamanah contract.

  6. Submit an initial deposit.

  7. Location Permit Letter.

Foundation

  1. Copy of the Deed of Establishment and Articles of Association along with the deed of amendment.
