PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah (KBBS) realizes that personal data is an important asset for Customers (BISA Friends), so KBBS highly values the confidentiality and protection of BISA Friends' personal data related to the use of KBBS banking products and/or services.
The security, comfort, and privacy of BISA Friends are a priority for KBBS. KBBS implements policies and best practices that aim to maintain and preserve the privacy and security of BISA Friends' personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection regulations, for the processing of data related to the use of KBBS banking products and/or services ("Privacy Policy").
KBBS always improves services for BISA Friends and always updates services to protect the privacy and security of personal data, both directly and indirectly through the electronic or non-electronic systems of BISA Friends as our customers.
This privacy policy is a standard applied by KBBS in processing BISA Friends' personal data while still paying attention to the principles of personal data in accordance with applicable provisions. This is of course in line with the provisions as stipulated in Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.
I. Purpose and Scope of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy regulates the policies and practices implemented by KBBS in obtaining, collecting, managing, analyzing, storing, correcting, updating, disseminating, displaying, announcing, transferring, disclosing, deleting, and destroying (hereinafter referred to as "Processing") of BISA Friends' personal data in connection with the use of BISA Friends' product services with the use of KBBS banking products and/or services, including:
Services: Savings, Loans, and other Banking Services but not limited to investment products, services and other KBBS Banking Services. Websites, features, applications, social media, or other forms of communication media provided or used by KBBS. BISA Friends:
All owners of Personal data (Data Subjects) related to the use of KBBS banking products and/or services as regulated in this Privacy Policy.
II. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
In processing BISA Friends' personal data, KBBS has the following purposes:
Providing personalization to BISA Friends regarding the use of Services provided by KBBS and to implement the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle; Implementing provisions of laws and regulations; Resolving problems related to access to Services (troubleshoot); As a marketing need for services and products offered by KBBS, this includes conveying information related to promotions, news, updates and other banking services; Evaluating and updating KBBS Service features from time to time; As a need for Personal Data processing to produce BISA Friends' profile data; Loyalty program interests for BISA Friends such as gifts, sweepstakes, and others; Offering advertisements/promotions or offers from other parties who collaborate with KBBS.
III. Personal Data Obtained and Collected by KBBS
KBBS obtains, collects and manages information that identifies and/or can be identified individually or in combination with other information, either directly or indirectly through electronic and/or non-electronic systems related to such information which in this case is limited to the Services ("Personal Data").
Personal Data of BISA Friends collected by KBBS can be provided by BISA Friends directly or from third parties who have collaborated with KBBS (such as when BISA Friends register or use the Services, when BISA Friends contact HALO KBBS customer service). KBBS will collect BISA Friends' Personal Data in various forms for purposes, including those permitted by applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

General Data:
Full name; Population Identity Number KTP (WNI) / Passport and KITAS (WNA); Residential address; Place and Date of birth; Gender; Nationality; Mother's maiden name; Religion; Occupation; Education; Position; Mobile Number; Email Address; Office/home telephone number; Work address; and/or Personal Data combined to identify a person.
Special Data:
Biometric data that allows unique identification of an individual but is not limited to facial images and fingerprints; such as Personal financial data but is not limited to Annual income and/or asset value; Taxpayer Number; Purpose and objectives of the business relationship
