SDB is intended for the community (individuals/business entities)

The minimum rental period is 12 (twelve) months and the minimum rental extension period is 12 (twelve) months

Valuable items that can be stored in SDB iB include:

• Currency

• Certificate

• Valuable documents such as diplomas, jewelry or other precious metals

• Other goods that obtain written approval from the Bank

Can give authority to other parties to take/store stored goods

Have/open a savings account

Document requirements:

• Photocopy of identification (KTP/SIM/Passport)

• Photocopy of NPWP

• Special legal entities:

  • Photocopy of deed of establishment

  • Articles of Association and other changes (if any)

The key guarantee fee is IDR 750,000 and payment is made in advance

The key guarantee fee will be kept by the bank and will be returned by the Bank after the rental period ends

SDB leases cannot be transferred, assigned or pledged to third parties/other parties except with written approval from the Bank
