Surabaya – PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah (KBBS) is strengthening its synergy with its parent company, PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk (KB Bank), through a co-location initiative. KBBS has officially inaugurated a Sub-Branch Office (Kantor Cabang Pembantu, KCP) located within the KB Bank Regional V Surabaya Branch Office.

The KBBS Surabaya MERR Sub-Branch Office, previously located at the Promenade Ruko Complex on Jalan Ir. Soekarno – MERR, has now officially relocated to Graha Bukopin Building on Jalan Panglima Sudirman No. 10-18, Embong Kaliasin, which serves as the KB Bank Regional V Surabaya Office.

KBBS President Director Ji Kyu Jang inaugurated the new Sub-Branch Office at Graha Bukopin, witnessed by Raden Kusumawijaya, Senior Supervisor and Deputy Director of Financial Services Authority (OJK) Supervision Division 2, and Farid Efendi, Deputy Director of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in East Java, on Wednesday, December 10, 2024.

This collaboration aligns with the One KBFG synergy in Indonesia’s financial services industry. One KBFG represents the synergy and collaboration among KB Financial Group (KBFG) affiliates operating in Indonesia.

KBBS Head of Corporate Secretary, Umar Hasni, explained that one of the objectives of this co-location is to provide the best one-stop service to meet all customer needs. “We believe that this co-location synergy will continue to enhance service quality for our customers,” Umar added.
