KB BANK SYARIAH LAUNCHES SYVA CHATBOT SERVICE

JAKARTA – KB Bank Syariah (KBBS) has introduced the Syariah Virtual Assistant (Syva), a chatbot service accessible via WhatsApp at 085182827676 to assist customers. This feature aims to enhance customer access to KBBS services. The Syva chatbot provides information about products and services, promotions and programs, ATM or branch locations, and more.

KBBS President Director Koko T. Rachmadi stated that the Syva chatbot is part of KBBS’s digital transformation efforts to deliver more effective, efficient, and customer-focused services. “Modern society heavily relies on digital media. This innovation is our way of providing better and more convenient services, adapting to the technology-driven lifestyle and needs of our customers,” Koko said during the Syva chatbot launch event on Tuesday (April 30, 2024).

The Syva chatbot is not just an information provider; it also features a live chat function to respond to frequently asked questions, offering instant solutions to customer needs. "Customers don’t just ask about products and services; they also inquire about banking transaction issues. Through the Syva chatbot, all such queries will be processed in our system, and solutions can be provided immediately," Koko added.

In addition to the Syva chatbot, KBBS also offers the BISA Mobile digital banking application. BISA Mobile includes QRIS and BI-Fast transaction features, as well as non-transactional tools such as prayer schedules, qibla direction, and a digital Qur’an. BISA Mobile is available for download on Android and iOS devices.
