PT Surya Finansial Utama (SFGU) as a Muhammadiyah-Owned Business Entity collaborates with KB Bank Syariah (KBBS)

Jakarta, July 11, 2024 --- In order to increase the development of Muhammadiyah Business Charities (AUM) and Muhammadiyah-Owned Enterprises (BUMM), the PP Muhammadiyah Economic Business and Tourism Council encourages PT Surya Finansial Utama (SFU) as BUMM, to realize collaborative work with KB Sharia Bank (KBBS). Twelve millions active members of Muhammadiyah consists of Gen X, Millenials and Gen Z. Hundreds of Muhammadiyah Business Charities (AUM) that require partnerships with financial service institutions to expand their business and improve the quality of products and services for the benefit of citizens and the Muhammadiyah association. The strategic partnership between KB Bank Syariah (KBBS) and PT Surya Finansial Utama (SFU) is the answer to the above needs of the people and the Muhammadiyah association. This partnership will provide extensive opportunities for Muhammadiyah Business Charities (AUM) and Muhammadiyah residents to access KBBS banking products and services. SFU will facilitate this interaction with an exclusive, closed loop application that will accommodate the B2C business mode. This application is called KB FintechMU. Insha Allah it will be present within 6 (six) months after the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement. The signing of the cooperation agreement was carried out by the Main Director of KBBS Koko Tjatur Rachmadi with the Main Director of SFU Ardian Asmar on Thursday, July 11 2024, witnessed by Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Mu'ti, M.Ed. as Independent Commissioner of KBBS.

 

The signing of the collaboration was also attended by the Chair of the Economic, Business and Tourism Council (MEBP) represented by Ohe Fithri Hadi as Deputy Chair V of PP Muhammadiyah in charge of Financial Services and Digital Business Charity. Apart from Fitri Hadi, Taufiq Al Jufri was also present as Main Director of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (DSI). The signing of this cooperation agreement aims to mobilize the synergy and potential that both parties have.
